All commisssioned artworks are for PERSONAL, non-profit purposes unless otherwise agreed.

Personal usage includes the artwork to be displayed as profile picture/banner on social media, phone/pc wallpaper. You, the client, reserve the right to print or physical reproduce the artwork as long as it is for their personal use ONLY.

The client can display my work on external sites/social media as long as I, the artist, am properly credited ( including a tag or a link to my profile/site/work).

The client cannot claim my work as their own. The client always has to credit me for the artwork.

The client is NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.

The client will not publicy share the HQ artwork but only upload a smaller resolution file unless otherwise discussed.

The artist retains all copyrights over the work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the work for self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.

In the case that the client commissions me for a character design, they retain the rights on the latter. The client must credit me as the character designer.

If the client wishes for the commission to be private, they must state it before processing the order. NDA- privacy request is charged a fee. The privacy request implys that I am not allowed to publicly share WIPs / final work or stream the process until an agreed upon date (e.g. Vtuber's debut date).

The client can set a deadline for the project. Rush fees are applied and might vary depending on the project and the timeframe provided.

A quick feedback from the client is required to meet the deadlines or the estimated completion time.

The client takes responsibility for the correctness and completeness of the information about the commission request provided to the artist.

The artist reserves the right to decline any project or client. In this case a full refund is provided. You are not allowed to force me to decline a project.

The client must respect that my artistic style cannot be altered.

All my services are a "Digital Artwork" commission, nothing will be physically shipped to the client.

I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes or as NFT. Please, do not upload it to any AI sites as this could compromise my artwork.

The client is required to keep a professional behaviour. No rude, inappropriate or non-constructive comments will be tolerated.

The client has to be of legal age and/or have parent's or legal guardian's permission to make this purchase.

Any infrangement of the Terms of Service will result in immediate blacklisting for you.

All payments are handled over PayPal via invoice. Payments must be made within 72 hrs after an invoice had been received.

In case of a long wait list, the invoice will be sent ~3 weeks before I start working on the commission.

Payment is fully upfront. Payment plans can be discussed only for large commissions.

PayPal fees will be included in the final total price.

Do NOT send me any payment until you receive the invoice that you can pay.

I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction.

There are NO REFUNDS. Please, be sure before applying for a commission.

If I cancel your commission, I'll refund 100%. You cannot force me to cancel your commission.

You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.

Artwork commissions for Commercial usage will be discussed privately.

The following cases are considered commercial use: reproducing and selling the artwork (e.g. merchanding), using the work for a videogame or music album/book cover, receiving a profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my artwork (e.g. Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, a personal site, business cards etc). Not all the cases are listed here. Always state your purpose if you are not sure if it's considered commercial or personal usage.

Artworks with commercial rights cost up to x3 the original price depending on the type of usage.

Note: Prices for Vtuber models and Stream Assets commissions already include a fee for live streaming / video production usage.

Intellectual property and credits will remain with the artist.
